Seventh Annual General Body meeting of St. Paul's Mar Thoma Yuvajana Sakhyam

The 7th Annual General Body meeting of St. Paul's Mar Thoma Yuvajana Sakhyam was held on 30th June, 2013 at St.Paul's Mar Thoma Church, Adyar. 

The meeting was presided over by Rev. Gigy Thomas.

The meeting started with  Prayer by Mr. Pratheesh Joseph.

The joint secretary Mr. Stanley Baby welcomed the gathering

A special song was sung by Ms. Leenu Elizabeth Nianan.

The president Rev. Gigy Thomas Achen gave the presidential address. 

Our youth choir sung a song "Ellarum Yeshu naamathey" four parts.... 

The main talk was shared by Rev Benjamin George from Thiruvatriyur parish.

The annual report was presented by the secretary Mr.Sumod Cherin and passed by the General Body. 

The audited report for financial year 2012 - 2013 was presented by the treasurer Ms. Blessy Joseph and passed by the General Body.

The Eco - Club blog was launched by Rev. Gigy Thomas Achen. 

Mr. Sunoj Vargehese gave a brief presentation about our Eco-Club.

Inauguration of the next financial years programs by done by  Rev Benjamin George

Programs for the year 2013-14 was presented by the secretary Mr. Rosan D Sunny.

A special song was sung by our youth Choir.

The Vice President Mr Kevin Easow gave the Vote of Thanks.

The meeting concluded with prayer by the John Thomas.

Youth League meeting held on 2’nd June 2013.

Meeting started with a song and a word of prayer by Ms Blessy Ann Joseph.

We welcomed the newely married couple Mr Christo and Mrs Dyana as a token of love a small gift was presented to them.

Rev Gigy Thomas gave the message to create awareness on the environment and an open discussion was put before the forum where several point where contributed by the member.

We decided to use the resources (water, electricity) effectively.

The meeting was concluded by a word of prayer by Rev Joby Thomas

Executive Committee meeting held on 1’st June 2013

The executive Committee meeting of St Pauls Mar Thoma yuvajan Sakhyam, Adyar was held on 1’st June 2013, at St.Paul's Mar Thoma Church, Adyar. 

The meeting was presided over by Rev. Gigy Thomas.

The meeting started with a word of  Prayer by Mr. Sunil.

The annual report was presented by the lady secretary Miss Cinchu Abraham and proposed by Mr Rosan D Sunny seconded by Mr Sunil. 

The audited report for financial year 2012 - 2013 was presented by the treasurer MsBlessy Ann Joseph and proposed by Mr Sunil seconded by Mr Rosan D Sunny.

The budget for financial year 2013 - 2014 was presented by the treasurer MsBlessy Ann Joseph.

The meeting also decided to contribute a sum of Rs 5000 to sponser a child.

The meeting concluded with prayer by the Secretary, Mr. Rosan D Sunny.
